Any motorist that believes that they have suffered damage to their vehicle due to a road issue, needs to call our office as soon as possible after the incident to file a report.

In addition, an official police report is required to verify said damage, which will aid our investigation into what road issues lead to the vehicle damage.

 Without those two criteria being met, such a claim will be denied by this office.
