Upcoming and Completed 2026 Projects
Denker Road Culvert Replacement & Resurfacing
In preparation for one of our upcoming road repaving projects, the Highway District has had the failing cross culvert on Denker Road between the Deer Run Subdivision and the Deer Haven Subdivision replaced on May 13, 2026. The resurfacing portion has since been completed.
Road Repaving
In partnership with the Village of Campton Hills and supported but a series of grants from the Illinois Department of Transportation, we are pleased to inform the completion of repaving on the following roadways:
- Campton Hills Road (from Anderson Road to Town Hall Road)
- Town Hall Road (from IL Rt. 64 to Beith Road)
- Brown Road (from IL Route 38 to Old LaFox Road)
- Denker Road (from Bolcum Road to Silver Glen Road)
We will begin the final steps that include shoulder gravel installation, road striping along with driveway and roadway apron completions starting the first week of October 2026.
The Highway District, with MFT (Motor Fuel Tax) funds, has completed repaving on the following Unincorporated roads during the week of July 13th, 2026:
- Blue Larkspur Lane (from Anderson Road to Whirlaway Drive)
- Whirlaway Drive (within the Cheval De Selle Subdivision)
Road Restriping
The Highway District conducted and completed road restriping on several roads Tuesday, September 8, 2026. This work is part of our routine maintenance program to improve visibility, safety, and overall roadway conditions.
Guardrail Replacement
On Denker Road, the Village of Campton Hills has replaced the guardrail and guardrail end sections at the Ferson Creek culvert as part of a roadway project, to upgrade it to current standards in September 2026.
