Freedom Of Information Act
- Campton Township has appointed Ruth Rottmann as its Freedom of Information Act officer.
- All FOIA requests should be sent to Ms. Rottmann, who will coordinate with the appropriate Township Departments on fulfilling all requests.
- FOIA requests will be responded to within 5 Business days of submission, with a possible 5-day extension for voluminous requests or records stored elsewhere.
- There is no charge for a FOIA request.
